Getting Involved

At La Joya Early College, students have the unique opportunity to explore various activities beyond the classroom. As a school-within-a-school, our students can participate in all extracurricular activities offered at La Joya High School.

Whether you're interested in joining organizations like the National Honor Society, SHPE, Mu Alpha Theta, or participating in football, basketball, soccer, track and field, or any other sports, there's a place for you here to connect, learn, and grow. We encourage our students to get involved, make new friends, and develop skills that will serve them well in the future.

Students are invited to talk to their teachers and LJECHS staff to learn more about these wonderful opportunities.

Join us in creating a vibrant community where every student can thrive!
